Registered Civil Engineer, California (No. C47199)

Experience Summary
Mr. Davids has nearly 30 years of irrigation engineering experience in the U.S. and overseas, encompassing a wide range of water supply, water quality, drainage, water conservation, operations and maintenance and facilities modernization projects. For the past 15 years, his work has concentrated on helping irrigators and irrigation districts develop and implement strategic water management programs aimed at enhancing the sustainability of irrigated agriculture. A major component of this work has concentrated on planning and verification of water transfers from agriculture to urban and environmental uses. Through experience on a wide range of water resources projects, he is familiar with the environmental and institutional issues confronting irrigation operations and management at both the district and farm levels. He has served as sole consultant and headed large multi-disciplinary teams to provide services to private farming operations, irrigation districts, cities, and government agencies. Mr. Davids founded Davids Engineering in 1993, and serves as principal engineer, project manager and senior consultant.
